Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing of PE/PP tapes involves extrusion followed by a controlled stretching process. The tapes are first extruded from raw material and then subjected to a dual-stage stretching system. In this process, tapes are pre-stretched and then passed through a hot air oven for final stretching. This enhances the tape’s strength, smoothness, molecular orientation, and dimensional stability, resulting in improved working efficiency and performance.

Raw Materials

The primary raw materials used in tape production include PE and PP granules along with masterbatch for color and property enhancement. Maintaining accurate temperature control and processing conditions is critical to converting these materials into high-quality tapes with consistent characteristics.
