Who We Are
Three Decades of API Pharma Excellence
Built for API excellence
30+
Years of hands-on engineering
100+Greenfield projects
500+Design checkpoints
Technical depth, proven experience, and quality built into every design.
02Project portfolio
Greenfield API and intermediate projects spanning Chemical Synthesis, Steroids, Hormones, Vitamins and Oncology.
03Design philosophy
Guided by QbD and EbD to deliver compliant facilities that operate efficiently beyond conventional plant designs.
01 / QUALITY SYSTEM
QUALITY BY DESIGN (QbD)
We design the API Pharma plants by incorporating about 500 checklists at various stages of design to make the plant fully comply with cGMP/WHO/USFDA guidelines as well as meeting expectations of Multinational clients.
02 / ENERGY SYSTEMS
EFFICIENT BY DESIGN (EbD)
We offer Value Added Design by incorporating about 30 improvised energy saving systems to make the Plant Operation Efficient which consumes less energy about 10-15% compare to the conventionally designed plant.
What drives us
Mission & Vision
Purpose & commitment
Our Mission
To empower API Pharma manufacturers through our core engineering principles—Quality by Design (QbD) and Efficient by Design (EbD)—by delivering energy-efficient, regulatory-compliant facilities that give our clients a distinct competitive edge in demanding global markets.
Long-term aspiration
Our Vision
To establish J&H API Pharma Consultants as a trusted and committed API Pharma Project Consultant by delivering value-added, highly efficient API Pharma facilities that set a benchmark for global excellence and sustainable innovation.
Trusted partnerships
Trusted Engineering Partners Across Global Industries
Proud to support leading pharmaceutical and life-sciences companies with engineering expertise from concept to commissioning.
Our Differentiators
How J&H Differs From Others ......
01
More than 30 years' Experience
With hands on experience of 30 years in API Pharma field and design experience of more than 100 API Projects, we are conversant to integrate the Chemical Process with Engineering more conveniently to design an Ideal Project.
02
Focus and Awareness
We exclusively design API Intermediate and API Pharma plants only – so we are more focused and aware about the customer's requirement from the specific project to Optimize the Plant Design accordingly.
03
Ownership of Project
We take ownership of entire project from Conceptualization to successful Commissioning of the plant. Our scope is not limited to design only, we ensure the quality delivered from all the vendors and executed by contractors at site as per design to get desired output of the plant in totality.
04
Value Added Design
We provide VALUE ADDED DESIGN to Establish the facility at Optimized Cost as well as to Operate and Maintain the plant efficiently.
05
Operation Efficiency
Our plant design is not limited to provide detail engineering to establish only an Ideal Auditable API Plant but we also incorporate the value-added engineering systems in the design to make the plant operation and maintenance efficient without any extra care or cost, which is more important and beneficial to our client throughout the lifespan of project.
06
Strict Quality Check Points
Our plant design passes through more than 500 checklists which makes the plant more stringent and fully compliant with cGMP/USFDA guidelines as well as energy efficient.
07
Energy Efficient Plant Design
We have developed & incorporating about 30 Energy saving systems in plant and utility design which saves about 15% power and fuel, making the entire facility Energy efficient in compare to conventionally designed plants.
08
Synchronization between Production and Utility
Production of API is a Batch Manufacturing process. Utility of API plant is designed for Peak Load production and it consumes about 40% power of the plant. We design the Utility system of plant to get it synchronized with plant at part load production capacity to minimize the Utility Cost/Kg of product cost, at part load production also.
09
Balancing of CAPEX and OPEX
We optimize the plant design to balance the CAPEX & OPEX of the plant to reduce the ROI period of the project.
10
Intact RCC Structure Design
We Incorporate around 150 cutout/holes and 175 insert plates in our civil design of the plant to avoid wall breaking, core cutting and chemical anchoring in the plant after construction of plant. Which reduces the construction cost, saves time as well keeps the strength of the plant structure intact.
